  1. 1. Through this lesson, I learnt more about the Healthy Diet Pyramid used in the USA context and also the recommended serving sizes for the different food groups.

    2. The Singapore Healthy Diet Pyramid could be introduced as well so that we know how many servings of each category food we should select from.

  3. 1. Throughout the lesson, I have learnt more about the Healthy Diet Pyramid and the different types of food and number of servings I should take in daily.

    Also, what i like about this activity is that, the lesson is very interesting and sa a result, I feel very motivated to learn more about this subject! Please have more of this games/activities in future.

    2. I think it would be better if the activities I've done at Brainpop can be printed so I can use them to revise for my upcoming tests. I feel that the materials are very relevant.

  4. 1) I learnt that there are more than 1 type of healthy diet pyramids available in the world! Different countries use different types of healthy diet pyramids to suit their eating patterns and culture.

    2) I hope that BrainPop could provide summary notes for us so that we are able to use them for revisions.
